This Refund Policy explains when and how you may be eligible to receive a refund for services purchased through AirTktServices. Refund eligibility for airline fares is primarily governed by the operating airline's fare rules and applicable U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) consumer rules.
Under U.S. DOT rules, consumers who book a flight that originates in or arrives in the United States on an airline that operates to/from the U.S. generally have the right to cancel the booking without penalty within 24 hours of purchase, provided the reservation was made at least seven (7) days before the flight's scheduled departure. When the 24-hour rule applies, the full amount of the airline ticket will be refunded. Please call our toll-free line as early as possible to ensure the cancellation is submitted within the 24-hour window.
Your agent will confirm which category your ticket falls under before you cancel.
If an airline cancels your flight or makes a significant schedule change, you are generally entitled to a refund under applicable DOT rules. We will assist you in requesting that refund from the airline at no additional service fee.
Service fees charged by AirTktServices are disclosed before payment is authorized. These service fees cover the time and assistance provided by our agents. In most cases, service fees are non-refundable once the service has been rendered. However, if a service fee was charged in error, or if the related airline transaction could not be completed at all, the service fee will be refunded.
These timelines are controlled by the airline and your bank/card issuer; AirTktServices has no control over the posting time.
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. In most cases, we can resolve the issue directly. Chargebacks filed in contradiction of disclosed fare rules and these Terms may be contested with documentation.
