What We Cannot Do
We cannot guarantee a seat in a higher cabin, override an airline's fare rules, or promise complimentary upgrades. We also cannot override airline loyalty program logic or priority lists.
What to Expect on the Call
- Share your airline record locator (PNR) and ticket number.
- The agent will check available upgrade options and quote any applicable cost.
- You decide whether to proceed. Once you authorize, the agent will submit the request to the airline.
- You will receive a confirmation email if the upgrade is successfully processed.
Cost Transparency
The total cost for an upgrade typically includes the airline's upgrade fare, applicable taxes, and — where applicable — an AirTktServices service fee. Your agent will disclose all charges before you authorize any payment.
