AirTktServices helps U.S. customers manage flight reservations entirely over the phone. Whether you need to place a new reservation, review an existing itinerary, or add a passenger detail, our travel agents are available to walk you through the options published by the airline.
Please note: AirTktServices is an independent travel agency. We do not operate flights. Reservations are created within airline systems, and the final booking confirmation is issued by the airline. All reservation rules — including hold periods, name corrections, and fare validity — are set by the airline.
Reservation Services We Offer by Phone
- Creating a new reservation and reviewing fare rules before purchase
- Explaining available hold options (where the airline permits)
- Adding or confirming frequent flyer numbers

Information You'll Need
- Full name of each passenger exactly as shown on government-issued ID
- Travel dates and preferred departure/arrival cities
- Contact details (email and phone number)
- Any airline or loyalty membership numbers
- Payment method, once you choose to confirm
Hold Requests
Some airlines allow reservations to be held temporarily before payment. Hold availability, duration, and any hold fee are determined by the airline, not by AirTktServices. Our agents will tell you up front whether a hold is available for your itinerary.
Confirmation
Once your reservation is ticketed, you will receive an email confirmation with your itinerary, airline record locator (PNR), and e-ticket number. Please review all details carefully and contact us immediately if anything appears incorrect.
