Welcome to AirTktServices. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website https://airtktservices.store and the travel booking assistance services we provide by phone. By calling us, contacting us, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
AirTktServices is an independent travel agency. We are not an airline. We are an accredited agency that sells tickets for over 100 airlines on behalf of clients. Our Amadeus contract number is ACN 84866628.
We provide phone-based assistance for:
All tickets, fares, baggage rules, upgrade rules, and refund rules are controlled by the operating airline. AirTktServices acts as an intermediary between you and the airline.
By booking through us, you acknowledge that the airline is the operator of the flight and that the airline's terms — including its Contract of Carriage — apply to your ticket. AirTktServices is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, equipment changes, lost baggage, or other matters that are the responsibility of the airline or airport authorities.
Fares and availability change in real time. A fare quoted verbally by an agent is not guaranteed until the ticket is issued. The final fare will be disclosed and confirmed before you authorize payment.
AirTktServices may charge a service fee, in addition to the airline's fare, for phone-based booking assistance, itinerary changes, cancellations, and other services. The amount of the service fee is disclosed to you before you authorize payment. Service fees are, in most cases, non-refundable, as described in our Refund Policy.
Payment is typically made by credit or debit card through a PCI-compliant payment gateway. By authorizing a transaction, you agree that the charge is non-disputable for the portion covering non-refundable airline fare and any disclosed service fees. Chargeback requests inconsistent with these Terms may be contested with documentation.
Most airline tickets are non-transferable. Name corrections are governed by each airline's policy. We can submit a correction request on your behalf, but approval is at the airline's discretion.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. AirTktServices does not itself provide travel insurance, but our agents can reference third-party options where available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AirTktServices' total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount of service fees you paid to AirTktServices for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, missed connections, or loss of enjoyment.
We are not responsible for failure or delay in performing our services due to events outside our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, airline operational issues, or airport closures.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which AirTktServices is registered, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except as otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted. Please check this page periodically.
